After a long quarantene I am glad to invite you to this special Ayuryoga workshop in the Amstel park to revitalize our energy in the open air.
The workshop will start with a warming up walk in the woods that will take us to a very special spot in the Amstel park, where the yoga practice will take place. After the practice we will share a tasty picnic together and as per Ayurveda tradition, food will be synchronized with the summer season.
Required for your yoga practice: please take with you a mat or even 2 if you have, 1 or more bolster(s) if you have and a belt.
